Methodology & FAQ
What is the Watcher Shopify multi-page lab sample?
Latest domain report per Shopify-tagged lead with an aggregated payload (n = 64; reports April–September 2026). Each report averages Lighthouse across selected URLs (median 17 pages; 1,070 page runs). Store-level lab averages — not single-URL CrUX p75s.
What is a good Core Web Vitals score for a Shopify store in 2026?
Good thresholds remain LCP ≤ 2.5 s, INP ≤ 200 ms, and CLS ≤ 0.1 at p75. Passing means all three are good. Lighthouse Performance is a different artefact.
Why can lab look worse than CrUX for the same brand?
Multi-page lab averages under throttling punish heavy templates. Origin CrUX reflects real Chrome traffic. Keep them in separate tables — as this scoreboard does.
